new board member at EpinovaTech AB
We are delighted to welcome Dr Hans Rijns as new board member at EpinovaTech AB. Hans will bring a lot of experience and value to EpinovaTech and the journey ahead.
Hans is a senior semiconductor executive, with 25+ years international experience in R&D management and associated technology strategies.
He was Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and head of Research at NXP Semiconductors, responsible for all applications, systems, circuits and process technology programs at NXP till 2016.
He started his professional career in 1991 as scientist at Philips Research. From 1996 onwards he moved to Philips / NXP Semiconductors and has build a broad experience in business and technologies across end-markets such as mobile, consumer, security, automotive and Internet-of-Things applications.
Hans holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, the Netherlands. He has over 40 scientific publications and conference
presentations and holds 7 patents.
